Services Agreement

Your use of Dynamics 365 is governed by the terms and conditions of the agreement under which you obtained the services.
• For customers who purchased through a sales team, use of Dynamics 365 and other Online Services is governed by the 21Vianet Customer Agreement, which incorporates the Online Services Terms.

Online Services Terms

All services agreements incorporate the Online Services Terms and include the Acceptable Use Policy.

Service Level Agreements

The Service Level Agreements (SLAs) describe commitments around uptime and connectivity for Dynamics 365. SLAs are not available for services in preview, trial, or other pre-release offerings.

• Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services operated by 21Vianet is an administration portal that provides an environment and various services that help you collaborate and manage the application lifecycle of certain Dynamics services, specifically your implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations operated by 21Vianet.

Other Documents

• The Online Services Agreement for Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services operated by 21Vianet (LCS) governs your use of LCS.
